Property Preservation
The moment a property/asset is assigned to Sol Equities, our main objective is to protect and maintain the property. Our property managers conduct a full inspection, confirm that the asset is unoccupied and proceed to secure doors and windows. If broken windows and doors are present they are either repaired or boarded, pools, ponds, and fountains are taken care of and the asset is systematically secured in agreement with client guidelines. Winterization is also completed if required and final inspection/repair reports are created with supporting documents and photos.
