Once a property is secured and initial preservation/services are completed, Sol Equities conducts continuing maintenance to preserve and safeguard the property until it is sold/leased. This includes maintenance service such as landscaping and client approved repairs and non-routine maintenance. This may include monthly pool service, interior inspections of appliances such as water heaters / HVAC systems, and other maintenance problems that could damage or decrease the sales value of the property. All continuing maintenance is conducted with the objective of preserving value of the property and reducing any liability risks to our clients.
